We want everyone to see just how dablightful our naturally infused gin is! Try our four signature cocktails to see what all the fuss is about. No complicated ingredients, made with stuff you have at home. We do the hard stuff to make your cocktails easy.

PAVLOVA GIN BLISS

60ml Dabblers Summer Berry Gin
¼ peeled kiwifruit
2 tsp strawberry jam
15ml lemon juice
½ tsp vanilla extract
30ml simple syrup (50:50 sugar and water)
30ml pasteurised egg white
30ml fresh cream
Soda water

Add gin and kiwifruit to a shaker and muddle (crush).
Add strawberry jam, lemon juice, vanilla extract, simple syrup, pasteurised egg white, cream and ice.
Shake.
Remove ice and dry shake.
Strain into a glass.
Top with soda water.
Garnish with strawberry or kiwifruit slices.

BOTANIST SOUR

60ml Dabblers Lime & Mint Gin
15ml lime juice
15ml cranberry juice
30ml simple syrup (50:50 sugar and water)
30 ml pasteurised egg white

Add gin, lime juice, cranberry juice, simple syrup and egg white to a shaker with ice.
Shake.
Strain into a glass with ice.
Garnish with a sprig of mint.

SPICY GIN MARGARITA

60ml Dabblers Lemonade Gin
1 jalapeno slice
45ml lime juice
45ml simple syrup (50:50 sugar and water)

Add gin, jalapeno, lime juice and simple syrup to shaker.
Shake it.
Strain into a glass with lots of ice.
Garnish with jalapeno slice and a lime wedge.

STRAWBERRY FIZZ

60ml Dabblers Summer Berry Gin
3 fresh or frozen strawberries
30ml lemon juice
30ml simple syrup (50:50 sugar and water)
30ml pasteurised egg white
Soda water

Add gin, strawberries to a shaker and muddle (crush).
Add lemon juice, simple syrup, pasteurised egg white and ice.
Shake.
Strain into a glass.
Top with soda water.
Garnish with a strawberry.

SALTY DOG

60ml Dabblers Orange, Raspberry & Rhubarb Gin
90ml grapefruit juice
30ml simple syrup (50:50 sugar and water)
15ml lime juice
1/3 tsp salt

Add gin, grapefruit juice, simple syrup, lime juice & salt to a cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake it like a polaroid picture.
Strain into a glass.
Top with ice.
Garnish with rosemary and orange.

TOMMY COLLINS

60ml Dabblers Lime & Mint Gin
20ml fresh squeezed lemon juice
20ml simple syrup (50:50 sugar and water)
soda

Add gin, lemon juice and simple syrup to a shaker with ice.
Shake what your Mama gave you.
Strain.

Pour into a tall glass with ice.
Top with soda.
Garnish with a thick slice of lemon or a sprig of rosemary.

RASPBERRY LEMONADE

60ml Dabblers Lemonade Gin
20ml fresh squeezed lemon juice
2tsp raspberry jam (or jam of your choice)
soda

Add gin, lemon juice and jam to a shaker with ice.
Shake it baby!
Strain.
Pour into glass with ice.
Top with soda.
Serve with a twist of lemon.

GIN SUNSHINE

8 basil leaves
4 slices of cucumber
20ml fresh squeezed lemon juice
60ml Dabblers Summer Berry Gin
20ml simple syrup (50:50 sugar and water)
soda

Add basil, cucumber and lemon juice to a shaker and muddle (crush).
Add gin, simple syrup and ice.
Shake it like you mean it.
Strain.
Pour into a glass with ice.
Top with soda.
Garnish with a basil leaf or sprig of thyme.
